With the two-part aid programme DIS-TANZEN – a funding programme for solo self-employed dance practitioners (DIS-TANZ-SOLO) and the impulse funding for dance schools and dance education in cultural institutions (DIS-TANZ-IMPULS) – the Dachverband Tanz Deutschland e.V. supports the restart of artistic and dance educational activities.
A special focus is placed on the development and testing of new forms of artistic and dance-pedagogical or dance-mediating work. The aim of DIS-TANZEN is to strengthen the individual actors of dance in the future and to create innovative examples and models for the entire dance scene.
Applications can be submitted by self-employed dance professionals – choreographers, dancers, dramaturges, producers, curators, technicians, dance mediators, dance teachers and all those who are professionally involved in artistic and/or dance-pedagogical/dance-mediating processes and who reside in Germany.
The 3rd bidding round of DIS-TANZ SOLO will take place from 01.03. to 22.03.2021. During this period, counselling appointments will also take place again.
